At Miss Hair, we take the quality of our extensions very seriously and ensure all hair is ethically sourced. Please note this is a natural product and may have minor imperfections, which should be considered when purchasing. By making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
General Return Policy
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect item selection, or personal reasons unrelated to product defects.
- In rare cases where a refund for change of mind is approved, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are assessed case by case and require special approval.
- A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds for cancellations will only be processed once the item is returned to Miss Hair in its original, unused condition, with all security ties intact.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Product Defects and Errors
If you receive a defective or faulty product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photo or video evidence.
- Email us at info@misshair.eu.
Resolution Options:
- We will replace the faulty item once it is returned to us.
- If a replacement is unavailable, you may request a refund.
Return Instructions:
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team to ensure your return is processed correctly.
- Tracking information must be provided within 14 days of initiating the return.
- Returns must be received within 3 months of purchase to be eligible for inspection.
- Faults or defects identified after 3 months of purchase will no longer be eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange policy to help you find the right shade:
- Exchanges are only eligible for unused hair in its original condition, with security ties intact.
- Requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges will be issued as store credit to purchase the desired shade.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Process:
- Email info@misshair.eu with your order number and details of your concern.
- Follow the return instructions provided.
- Once the item is received and approved, store credit will be issued.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us:
- The customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- We may resend the package after additional shipping fees are collected.
- Refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping fees and incur a 10% restocking fee.
Liability Exclusions
Miss Hair is not liable for:
- Hair loss, scalp pain, redness, soreness, or allergic reactions resulting from product use.
- Customers are responsible for performing a patch test and following application instructions.
- Issues arising from improper use or failure to follow professional guidance.
When Are Returns or Exchanges Not Allowed?
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If the security ties holding the extensions have been removed.
- If the product has been washed, coloured, cut, or tampered with in any way.
- If the product has been used with non-recommended products or treatments.
- For reasons of change of mind after opening or tampering with the product.
- If the package is refused or returned as undeliverable without prior communication.
Miss Hair reserves the right to determine whether the returned item meets the above conditions. This decision is final.
Take-Back Service
For your convenience, Miss Hair offers a "take-back" service for returns or exchanges:
- We can arrange for a courier to pick up the items.
