Miss Hair is committed to providing high-quality hair extensions to our customers worldwide. Please review our shipping policies carefully before making a purchase.


Free Worldwide Shipping

We are proud to offer free worldwide delivery to all our customers. However, please note that in the event of a return, any shipping fees associated with returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility. For instance, our factory in China charges $30 for return shipping, which customers will need to cover.


Shipping Costs

Miss Hair covers the cost of shipping worldwide for all orders. However, please note the following:

  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for international orders are NOT included in your order at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for paying customs fees required to import orders to their country. These fees are governed by your country’s regulations, and Miss Hair has no control over them.

Shipping Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm EET or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing and Dispatch Time:

  • Please allow up to 3 days for order processing and up to 2 weeks for dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Worldwide Orders: 14 - 28 days

Note: Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date. Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing in your region.


Shipping Times During Sale Periods

During peak periods, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, shipping times may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking details may take 1-4 days to update.
  • For international orders, tracking can be monitored through your local postal service for additional information.

If there are issues with delivery, please contact the postal service directly with your tracking number.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

  • Please note that the product must remain in its original condition, with security ties intact, to qualify for a refund.

Returns and Return Shipping Fees

Miss Hair accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, including the $30 fee charged by our factory in China.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of initiating the return request.

Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Verify that the shipping address you provided was correct.
  2. Contact your local postal/courier service to investigate.

Miss Hair is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.


International Taxes and Duties

Miss Hair ships packages DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid).

  • Customers are responsible for paying inbound duties and taxes required by local customs.
  • If customs duties are unpaid, the parcel may be returned to Miss Hair. In such cases, additional shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. If you need to update your details after placing an order:

  • Contact us immediately at info@misshair.eu.
  • While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.

Delivery Delays

Miss Hair aims to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes. However, if your order is delayed beyond 30 days without prior agreement, you have the right to cancel the order and request a refund.

For EU customers:
If you have a dispute related to your order, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.


Force Majeure Clause

Miss Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs clearance issues.
