SHIPPING POLICY
We take great pride in providing high-quality Miss Hair Extensions to our customers. Our products are crafted with care and are ethically sourced. Please carefully review our shipping policies before placing an order.
We offer shipping for all orders within the EU. Due to regulations and restrictions, we only ship within the EU.
Shipping Costs
Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for international orders are NOT included in your order amount at checkout. You may need to pay customs fees to import your order to your country.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday; we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed on Friday after 2 pm EET will be shipped the following Monday.
Once we have received your order, please allow up to 3 days for processing and up to 2 weeks to be dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard International Orders: 14 - 28 days
Note: All estimated delivery times are calculated from the time of shipment, not the time of order. Shipping times may be impacted by customs processing times.
SHIPPING TIMES DURING SALE PERIODS
Shipping times may be delayed during sale periods like Black Friday or Cyber Monday. We will do our best to keep you informed of any updates, but please note that delivery times during these periods can be unpredictable.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed and payment is cleared, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
Please monitor your tracking number, as the order is in the hands of the postal service once dispatched. If you have made an international order, you can use the tracking number with your local postal service to see more detailed information.
Allow 1-4 days after order has been dispatched for tracking information to show. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the postal service directly.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Miss Hair ships international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). International customers may be responsible for paying inbound duties and taxes to local customs authorities. Sometimes, the courier may pay these fees in advance on your behalf to clear customs faster, and you may be required to pay these fees to receive your delivery. The rate of these fees is applied by your country, and we are unable to provide specific amounts.
If these duties are not paid, the parcel will be held in customs and, in most cases, returned to us. Please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact name provided are correct. If you make a mistake or your details change, contact us immediately at info@misshair.eu. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed, we will do our best to assist you.
Miss Hair is unable to provide a return shipping label or refund shipping fees in such cases.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local postal/courier service. Ensure the shipping address you provided was correct. Miss Hair cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
FRAUD ALERTS
Orders flagged with fraud alerts will not be processed and shipped until all details are verified. Miss Hair has a fraud prevention system to protect all customers.
